File Processing

Files uploaded to our service are processed using AI models and then securely deleted. We do not retain your data beyond the processing period required for your job completion.

Payment and Credits

Our service operates on a credit-based system. You must have sufficient credits to process your files. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Easy Batch AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
